One of kind Nakiri with a chisel grind for right handed use. The blade is made with powder metallurgic Damasteel DS 93x stainless damascus steel with a 62Hrc hardness. The heat treatment takes 15 hours to complete, including cryo treatment (-196C). This treatment ensures full transition to martensitic and a high grain refinement. Hand sanded to a 7000grit polish. Comes in a handmade wooden box.
