I was asked to make a custom chef knife for the owner of the restaurant L’ attrape Loup situated in Bailleux Belgium.

Her choices:

• Small roses patterned high carbon steel blade
• Ziricote wood, blue liners and mosaic pins for the handle
• Small handle shape
• 220mm long blade
