Kiridashi obsession

Since a year or so, I have a bit of an obsession with the japanese kridashi knife. It’s a small utility knife for craftsmen and artists like instrument builders, leather workers, sculptors, woodcarvers, etc…
A kiridashi knife has a chisel-grind edge, concave or straight. Perfect for everyday cutting tasks. I use one for cutting leather for my sheaths or whenever I need a scalpel like knife. “Kiridashi” translates to English as: “to carve out”
