We ship free worldwide! Please note that all prices displayed are VAT excluded in the store. Buyers in Switzerland will be charged Swiss VAT at check out, there’s a 0% VAT rate for all other buyers.  The buyer is liable and responsible for all occurring local costs like VAT and import costs and any handling costs involved with importing the goods outside Switzerland. Studio Blade cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products during transport & shipping. All knives are shipped with an insurance covering up to 1000 CHF.

Import Duty

If you order products from Studio Blade for delivery outside Switzerland they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Warranty & returns:

The use of all products available from Studio Blade is entirely the responsibility of the user / buyer. Studio Blade warrants the materials and ­craftsmanship of the knife to the original owner for so long as we’re capable of making or overseeing the making of custom knives.

The warranty covers materials and craftsmanship ­under normal use and does not apply to misuse, ­intentional damages or any uses other than what is customary and reasonable for our knives. Our ­warranty is not ­transferable and cannot be assigned or given to anyone else. The warranty is made only to the original owner. Studio Blade’s liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price and only for actual ­direct damages (not for indirect, ­consequential or other damages). Our warranty does not apply to speculators or to any higher resale ­prices of our knives. No other warranties of any kind, ­including implied warranties, are provided for our ­knives.This product has only one use—as a cutting tool. Please do not use your new product as a screwdriver, pry bar, chisel, or punch. We warn against throwing your product, using it for any purpose other than cutting, and sharpening your product on a power grinding wheel. Any of these acts will void your warranty. If your knife meets our warranty guidelines and cannot be repaired, we may, at our discretion, offer to replace it with a currently manufactured knife that most closely matches the one you sent. If you decide to accept the replacement knife option, your old knife cannot be returned. A knife with sentimental or collectible value will be returned and not replaced as noted.The customer is entitled to return the product obtained without giving reasons within two weeks. The period begins on the date the product is received.The customer has to return the product to Studio Blade within 2 weeks off receiving the product accompanied by an signed letter or e-mail to explain. The return of the goods at the expense and risk of the sender/customer. For a purchase price of more than 150 EURO The package must be send insured to the 100% value at the day of purchase. The product must be returned to Studio Blade (address see below).
