Hunting knife in stainless mirrorpolished Damascus steel with Amboyna burl handle
Some hunters prefer a more narrow blade for a hunting knife. So I came up with this new design. The handle is a exceptional piece of Amboyna burl. The blade is mirror polished and hardened to Rockwell hardness 61, so this blade is more suited for cutting than batoning. A mirror polish is a very labour intensive proces, especially on steel with a very high hardness. Comes with a belt carry Kydex/leather hybrid sheath.
